1. Data controller

Your data is processed by the Viral Boost team (Barbaros Daniel, Szabo Mihai and Breaz Deivid), based in the Alba Iulia area, Romania. Viral Boost is a team currently registering a company (SRL) in Romania. For any data question, email contact@viralboost.team.

2. What we process and why

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business name and your message — to answer your request. Basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in replying.

Reviews: your name, optional business, and review text — published only after approval. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by asking us to delete it.

Traffic statistics: we use a measurement that does not identify you (a code derived from IP and browser, with a salt that rotates daily), with no tracking cookies. Basis: legitimate interest.

3. How long we keep data

Contact form requests: up to 12 months after the last contact. Approved reviews: for as long as they are shown on the site. Aggregate statistics: for a limited time, in non-identifiable form.

4. Who we share data with

We use providers that help us run the site: hosting, the email service that receives your requests, and, if enabled, the anti-spam service (Cloudflare Turnstile). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.

5. Cookies

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. We use a single strictly-necessary cookie that remembers your chosen language, and local storage (sessionStorage) so the intro animation is not replayed. These do not require consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Exercise your rights by emailing contact@viralboost.team.
