1. Who we are

Viral Boost is a team currently registering a company (SRL) in Romania. Until registration is complete, the services are provided by Barbaros Daniel, Szabo Mihai and Breaz Deivid, based in the Alba Iulia area, Romania.

2. Our services

We provide website design, video content production and editing, and online-presence management. Prices shown on the site are indicative ("starting from"); the exact scope, deliverables, and final price are set in a written quote agreed by both parties before work begins.

3. Orders, prices and payment

A project starts after the quote is accepted and, where applicable, a deposit is paid. Prices are in euro and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Launch prices shown are promotional and valid for the announced period; the standard price applies afterwards.

Payment terms (deposit, instalments, deadlines) are those set out in the agreed quote.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer (an individual), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), without giving a reason.

For services whose performance begins with your express prior consent before the 14 days end, you acknowledge you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To withdraw, email us at contact@viralboost.team.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, rights to the final deliverables (website, video/photo material) pass to you as set out in the quote. We may keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

We deliver our services with professional care. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by late delivery of materials or information on your side.

7. Complaints, ANPC and ODR

You can send any complaint to contact@viralboost.team and we will reply within 30 days at the latest.

You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
